Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Pride Wallpaper mobile app (package net.oatbun.pridewallpaper, the “app”) handles information. It applies to the app on Android and iOS as well as the web version.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Data stored on your device

To remember your choices between sessions, the app stores a small amount of data locally on your device only:

• pw-lang — your preferred interface language.
• pw-wallpaper-state — your current editor settings (selected flag, pattern, parameters, palette adjustments and effects) so your work is restored when you reopen the app.

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

Network use

The app works fully offline. The only network activity is loading the app's own resources, including its translation files (the interface text in English and French). The app does not contact any external API and sends no usage data anywhere.

Fonts. The interface uses the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces, which are loaded from Google Fonts. When this happens, Google may receive your device's IP address as part of the standard web request. Google Fonts does not use this data to identify you and the app shares nothing else. Permissions

The app requests only what it needs, and every action below is started by you:

• Internet — to load the app's resources and translations.
• Set wallpaper — used only when you choose to set a creation as your wallpaper.
• Storage (Android 9 and earlier only) — used only when you save or export a wallpaper you made.

Wallpapers you create

All image generation happens locally, in your device's browser engine. The wallpapers you create are never uploaded to any server. Saving, sharing or setting them as your wallpaper is always initiated by you and handled by your device's operating system.

Third parties

The app bundles no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software. Aside from the font request described above, no data is shared with any third party.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date above.
